South Island order will inccur an additional $4.00 freight and rural deliveries will be another $12.00.
Warranty Product Returns
Where goods are suspected of being faulty, you should email or telephone, facsimile, post or in person call to discuss the problem. Once it is established that the product is truly faulty you must complete our Product Return Form and include this with your returned goods.
DIRTBIKE.CO.NZ agrees in priciple and practice with the Consumer Guarantees Act. DIRTBIKE.CO.NZ does not warrant all the products we distribute, and in most cases, the manufacturer or their agent in New Zealand covers the warranty.
DIRTBIKE.CO.NZ may or may not act as an agent for the manufacturer in administering their warranties. In many circumstances, such as when the warranty agent may be within your locale, it may be more expedient to deal direct.
Non Warranty Product Returns
DIRTBIKE.CO.NZ will only accept non warranty product returns within 14 days of the invoice. As you will understand, we can only accept product returns which are unopened and in pristine condition.
To return a product you must complete our Product Return Form and include this with your returned goods.
You should arrange and pay for shipping the goods to our warehouse except where DIRTBIKE.CO.NZ has incorrectly processed your order. In that case,
